The CPPC Forum will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal.

Please email any changes or cancellations to jblais@cppc-ccmp.ca. A full refund of your registration fees, less a $150 administration charge, will be processed upon receipt of written cancellation notice. Changes or cancellations will NOT be accepted by phone. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 22, 2024.
